What People Are Saying

Filoi Wiedenhoff is a woman with a great passion for seeing people grow in their walks with the Lord. She is a very tender, understanding person who so often exemplifies the compassion of Jesus. I would trust Filoi's influence and counsel towards anybody in need.

By the way, I love reading your material. It's the sort of inspirational and meaningful discussion we need, especially on a Sunday. It's always a pleasure to know that we can insert something from the WORD because we know people read it and at least it is out there for them. So keep up the good work.

I loved the article on dissapointment.  Especially the part about why we may expect things of others, because we expect so much of ourselves. Wow, that is awesome. God has given you a gift of encouragement. Thank you for being so encouraging!

Talofa in the name of our Savior Jesus Christ! I am blessedly gifted with a thankful heart for disciples such as yourself, continuing to proclaim and share the life-saving grace that Heaven sent down into our world, in order for the world to receive everlasting life. I am a pastor here in Hacienda Heights, California, and while reading through the Samoa Observer Letters and Viewpoints, I came to see your message about dealing with un-forgiveness and bitterness. You do have a gift in writing and would like to congratulate you for your deep devotion in the saving grace of our one true God. I will continue to read your writings and am proud of you. Blessings and Prayers, and keep up the terrific work!

I have been under Filoi's teaching at Horizon Park Chapel.  Although she is a younger woman than myself, I have been blessed and I believe Filoi faithfully relates what the Lord puts on her heart to speak and share with others.  Flioi has a great desire to encourage others in their walk with the Lord and is compassionate with a humble spirit.  I know others will be blessed as well and be comforted and encouraged.

Sincerely, Barbara Payne

Hello, my name is Richard Ferguson, I'm known as Pastor Fergy of Mid-City Christian Fellowship.  I've known Filoi Wiedenhoff for 3 1/2 years, she is a hard worker (servant of the Lord) and her love for the people of God is shown by her willingness to follow the 2 greatest commandments, Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul, and might.  Also to love your neighbor as yourself.  She counsels the women and the Young female youth about life choices and encourage them to examine their lives with the Word of God.  She cares for the lost and yet provides the needs of her family with the strength of the Lord.  It is a pleasure to watch her love for the family of God and her love for my family too.

Pastor Richard Ferguson, Mid-City Christian Fellowship

This woman is anointed and used mightily by God.  All the resources she offers are worth receiving. that is, if you really are ready to receive the blessing.  I am one who's whole life has been changed by the Lord's work through filoi...in the past and even now. The Lord brought you to this space and this comment, for a reason. take advantage of it.

Sophia Priscilla Gomez, Worship Director

Filoi Wiedenhoff's ability to disciple women has greatly impacted Caring Ministries as she was directly involved in discipling one of the women in Mid City Christian Fellowship - who now serves on our board of directors and is our accountant and at some point help in discipling women who come to Caring Ministries. As a result of Filoi's efforts in discipleship, we get to reap the blessings of her service in the Lord.

Pastor James Pope, Caring Ministries

"God has used her to show me truths that has held me in bondage and has spoken through Filoi to show me my own heart and how I can be set-free.  That can only come through Christ when we are willing to give it to Him and Trust Him with the deep secrets of our hearts."
